Payment is required in advance

Payment is per character, an extra character receives no discount.

No refunds once the commission has been started (after the sketch process)

Complicated, intricate or detailed designs such as armor, animals and weapons/props will come with an additional fee dependent on the complexity.

Commissions are for personal use only and not to be used for profit, NFT or AI training. If you would like to use it commercially please contact me to discuss rates.

Do not edit or claim the commission as your own, you are free to post it with credit to me.

As the artist I am free to use the commission as part of my portfolio or to promote on social media. You will still be credited.

I have the right to decline or cancel any commission requests for whatever reason I deem appropriate. In the event of a cancellation you will receive a refund.

Commissions may take up to 2 months dependent on my schedule and the complexity of the commission. If you would like to have it by a specific date you may pay an extra fee to receive priority as long as the timeframe is reasonable (must be after 1 week from payment date for bust and 2 weeks for other types)

Please provide as much clear high quality image references as possible. I am currently not taking descriptions alone. If you fail to provide a reasonable reference your request will likely be turned down. Multiple references are encouraged. If you have multiple characters and can't decide I would be happy to look through them and choose one for you.

If you would like a specific look/idea please provide reference or a description that I can work off.

Description of your character and their personality is encouraged so I can get a feel for them.

If your commission is accepted I will contact you through email and send you an invoice via paypal.

If for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission you will receive a refund.

Commissions are first come first served, you may ask or check where you are in a queue. I will begin the commission once payment is received. You will lose your place in a queue if you do not respond or pay late.

you will receive a sketch which you may suggest edits to before I begin working on it. Make sure to tell me anything you want changing before I start working on it. Quick sketch commission types will not receive a sketch or WIP so you must be clear in your request if you want any specifics such as a particular expression. YCH will not receive WIP's.

You will receive WIP's and progress images once I start working on it.

Please be patient I am slow and would rather not rush a commission.

If you see me posting personal things it doesn't mean I'm ignoring your commission. I draw or work on personal things in between pieces as it's my way of taking a break in order to not burn out on one piece. Please do not harass me about your commission or get angry if you see this.

Refrain from contacting me regularly as it will only cause me stress and make me more likely to rush the commission.

You will receive the full resolution via email once I've finished. Small changes such as minor details or color adjustments are allowed.
